Gardaí used a taser in order to arrest a woman following an incident at a house in Limerick last night.
Officers say the woman was acting in a threatening and erratic manner, with access to knives.
The Garda Armed Support Unit was called to the scene on Clare Street, at around 11.15pm.
They deployed a taser before arresting a woman in her 30s.
Two men were treated at the scene for minor injuries.
The woman is being questioned at a garda station in Limerick, where she can be detained for up to 24 hours.
