Leaving Cert students should take some time out this weekend before another hectic week in the exam hall.
The advice comes from a teacher, who says balance is key.
Students have already had three days of exams with many facing long days at the beginning of next week.
Maths Paper 2 is on the agenda for Monday along with Irish Paper 1.
Tuesday then sees Paper 2 in Irish and Biology.
Luke Saunders, Founder of StudyClix.ie told SPIN that students will have a hectic start to the week:
"Try and build your study into blocks around exercise or activity"
"So for example, if a student is into football, maybe have it so they'll work up until 8 o'clock and then watch the Champions League final".
He says getting a good sleep over Saturday and Sunday night is important.
A record number of students are sitting state exams this year, just over 135,000 students are registered to sit exams.
