Disappointment
However there is Irish disappointment in the category as Andrew Scott and Barry Keoghan missed out on nominations.
Paul Mescal missed out on a nomination in Best Supporting Actor for his role in All Of Us Strangers.
As expected the nominations have been dominated by Barbie and Oppenheimer.
The awards ceremony takes place in Los Angeles on March 10th.
