A woman who came to Ireland in search of a new life was asked for sex instead of rent money when searching for accommodation.
After posting in several Facebook groups, Chantelle says she was sent messages asking for sex or bed sharing in exchange for reduced rent.
She says searching for accommodation was 'like a full time job’ and one of the worst things about moving to Ireland.
Chantelle says the requests she received from the men were disgusting:
"The first one, he sent me his picture - he wasn't wearing boxers."
"He told me to come see the room, he said me and the room come together."
"The second one asked me to share a room together, he wanted to be my boyfriend."
A third person asked for fun in exchange for accommodation.
