Donald Trump called Taoiseach Leo Varadkar to congratulate him on his "great victory" yesterday.
Leo kept the US President waiting 90 seconds before picking up the phone, according to reporters in the Oval Office. However, that wasn't what made the headlines yesterday.
The video of Trump addressing RTE's Washington Correspondent Caitriona Perry is what really set tongues wagging.
Trump called the reporter over saying, "where are you from? Come here, come here".
"We have all of these beautiful Irish press," he continued and told Leo Varadkar over the phone that Caitriona "has a nice smile on her face, so I bet she treats you well."

People on social media weren't impressed with the US President, calling him a "creep".

Cringing at Trump calling over Catriona Perry ..."you've a nice smile" - like something out of a #LovelyGirl competition!
