Two bodies have been found in a house in Co Cavan.
The man and woman, who were in their 40s, were discovered in the Cloverhill area of Belturbet.
Yesterday evening gardaí and the emergency services attended a house in the Cavan village where they found the bodies.
Their deaths are being treated as unexplained and gardaí say post mortem exams will determine the course of their investigation.
The house has been sealed off for a technical exam and the post mortems will be carried out later today.
It’s understood the alarm was raised after the man and woman hadn’t been seen for a number of days.
