Three people, including a seven year old child, have died in a collision in County Mayo.
Two women, one in their 40s and the other in her 70s, were killed when the car they were in collided with a truck on the N17 Galway to Sligo Road at Claremorris just after midday.
The driver of the truck was uninjured.
Traffic diversions are in place on that stretch of road and Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
