Bosses at Tinder are trialing a web version of the popular dating app.
It's believed to be testing out the possibility of the app expanding to other platforms.
Developers behind the app cite the possibility of users running out of space on their phones as well as another way for users to access Tinder without using up their mobile data.
In a blog post, they've said: "Let’s face it: not all places on earth have 4G.
"Some people can’t get bundled services, while others don’t have enough memory to support Tinder on their mobile phones.
"For all those who’ve ever been stuck in a lecture hall or had to endure an eight-hour workday without access to Tinder—this is for you."
It's being tested out in a handful of countries at the moment, and it's not yet known when it will be available in Ireland.
