The weekend is looking like it will be the hottest of the year so far as temperatures are set to sore soar as high as 17C.
The weather will peak on Saturday and as we approach the weekend the weather will get gradually sunnier and warmer each day.
Today will be sunny in places with mild temperatures reaching the mid teens.
A Met Eireann forecaster said: "The best of any sunshine will be in Munster and south Leinster. Highest temperatures of 11 to 13 degrees."
"At the moment it looks like Monday will be mainly dry. However, from Monday night through to Wednesday there'll be some rain at times."
