Pilot events for music and sport are set to begin next month, according to the Minister for Arts.
Catherine Martin says they will be held in small and large venues throughout the country, indoor and outdoor.

Performers Can Start Earning Again
Minister Martin says she hopes people will be able to go to them from June.
"We have said at the latest July."
She continues, "but I would like to see some of these events happening in June."
"The sooner it happens, the sooner we have that re-opening."
"So spectators can enjoy sport, performers can start earning a living again."
"We are a nation that loves our music and culture, so we can enjoy those [once again]."
