Ireland will experience temperatures to match the South of France next week.
High pressure from the Azores is set to move in over the coming days.
So temperatures will be hitting the mid 20s by Tuesday.
Thousands are expected to flock to beaches and waterways to cool down at what will be the middle of the staycation season.

"The Azores high is going to slowly move up over Ireland through the next week."
