The Food Safety Authority of Ireland has issued a warning about Cannabis sweets.
It says seizures are a possible side effect of the 'sinister' products.
A number of jellies with 'significant' amounts of THC, (the part of a Cannabis plant that causes a high), have been seized recently.
That's after Garda and Customs operations.
The Food Safety Authority's also appealing to anyone who comes across the products to notify Gardaí immediately.
FSAI issues warning on edible products (sweets) containing cannabis. ⚠️

Cannabis Sweets - One Teen Suffered Seizures
Dr Pat O'Mahony is the FSAI's Chief Specialist in Food Science and Technology.
He says he knows of at least one case where a young person had a serious reaction:
"We are aware of teenagers in a certain part of Ireland, who bought these and consumed them."
He says one of the group suffered seizures as a result, and the others were taken to hospital for observation.
Also, the Authority doesn't know what effect these "sinister" narcotics could have if a child picked them up by accident.
