There were "rivers flowing down the streets" in Bantry in Cork last night due to flooding, according to locals in the town.
Cork was one of the worst hit counties from Storm Francis just days after the region was hit by Storm Ellen.
Fine Gael senator Tim Lombard is in Bandon:
"Between Bridge Street, Lower South Main Street and I suppose Brady's Lane you're looking at 15-20 properties."
"We have questions to be answered after spending millions of euro on a flood defence scheme."
"How Bandon could be flooded again, it's beyond belief."

Storm Francis Knocks Power From 11,000 Properties
Flooding has also been reported in Kilkenny, Clare and Longford.
While 11,000 homes and businesses are without power - which the ESB says should be restored today.
Three separate weather warnings are in place for wind and rain.
Gavin Gallagher from Met Eireann:
"The orange rainfall warning is in Connacht Cavan, Monaghan and Donegal."
"That's where the rain has fallen overnight and also further rain that will fall this afternoon into the evening."
"We also have a yellow wind warning for all southeastern counties of Munster and counties in south Leinster too."

The orange rain warning is in place until 7 this evening, the yellow rain warning until 6
And the yellow wind warning is in place until 9 tonight.
