Storm Brendan
Thousands of homes and businesses are without power as a result of Storm Brendan.
A number of flights have been cancelled and some operations at Dublin Port have been stood down.
An orange wind warning is in place for the entire country, while Storm Brendan is currently at it's strongest.
There are a number of trees down in Cork, Kerry and Tipperary, while a trampoline has blown onto the M7 in Limerick.
Storm Brendan will bring extreme winds and heavy rain on Monday. Status Orange weather warnings in force for all counties with status Red warnings in operation for marine areas. Winds may reach stronger levels locally and for limited time periods. pic.twitter.com/PR6dupbCVt

A number of flights operating in and out of Shannon and Dublin airports have been cancelled.
While Dublin Port has stopped lifting containers via cranes onto ships due to high winds, however trucks are still able to drive on and off ferries.
Meanwhile sailings between Rosslare and Pembroke have been cancelled.

The status orange wind warning for Connacht, Donegal and Kerry remains in place until 9pm tonight.
While things are due to ease elsewhere by 3 o'clock.
