Enjoy the sunny weather
We've waited a long time for the so-called 'Leaving Cert weather' but it looks like it's finally arrived.
The South West looks set to benefit the most from glorious sunny spells as Met Eireann issues a weather warning.
The yellow warning is for high temperatures, with sunny spells and temperatures reaching 28 (TWENTY EIGHT) degrees.
Counties which will be impacted by this warning are Limerick, Clare and Kerry, as well as Galway, Cork and Mayo.
Today will be a very warm day in most areas with highest temperatures of 22 to 28°C. Along the east coast it will be cooler due to onshore winds. It will be another dry&sunny day but cloudier in the southwest with the risk of a heavy shower. The solar UV index is very high today. pic.twitter.com/ybcwCE6xRA

Because of this outstanding revelation, it's time to hit the beach and buy some ice-cream.
"Fun! We sell fun. We're in the fun business," said Fergal O'Connor of O'Connor's Ice Cream in Lahinch.
"We have the traditional soft ice-cream like the 99 - that's the standard.
"We then have the harder ice-cream - Oreo and honeycomb would be the two biggest flavours there, really."
Don't be surprised to hear some feel-good Summer tunes throughout the next few days either.
The warning is in place - which means the warmest of the weather is expected - from 1pm until 7pm today
Enjoy the sun, but more importantly - stay safe!
