Ulster Bank says it's aware that money isn't showing in some customer's accounts.
It's after large numbers of the bank's customers have reported their salaries have disappeared from their accounts, while direct debits haven't been paid.
We are aware that some transactions previously applied to accounts for ROI customers since 20/04 are no longer showing. We are working hard to fix this issue and apologise for any inconvenience.

Other customers say that their cards are being declined and their balances aren't correct.
Ulster Bank says it's working hard to fix the issue, but hasn't given a time-frame for when it should be fixed.
A spokesperson says "No customer will be left out of pocket as a result of this issue" and that emergency cash is available in branches or via telephone.
