Attacks on sex workers
Seven sex workers have contacted Gardaí to report attacks within the last month.
Gardaí say an online appointment's made on each occasion, but the sex worker is later robbed by a number of men.
They say the attacks are primarily happening in the Dublin area.
We are investigating 7 recent attacks on sex workers nationwide but mostly in Dublin. The motive appears to be monetary gain, although violence has been used. We would appeal to any sex worker who has been subject to a similar attack to report the incident. pic.twitter.com/mtEU2f926d
