Plan Could Arrive Some Time Next Week
The Government is expected to set out a plan in just over a week.
That's for the further re-opening of society and the economy throughout the summer.
It's expected that personal services like hairdressers will open next month.
While there have been previous indications that hotels and guesthouses are on course to re-open in June
Hotelier Lorraine Sweeney says it's been a tough year.
"We've missed March, which kicks off the season."
Adding to that, Lorraine says, "In one of my hotels we normally do 100 weddings a year."
"We lost that last year, we've lost it this year too."
The Irish Hairdressers Federation says some members would like to open earlier for those who are fully vaccinated.
While the Restaurants Association says outdoor dining doesn't suit all businesses.
