The Russian President has ordered his forces not to storm the last remaining Ukrainian stronghold in the besieged city of Mariupol.
Instead Vladimir Putin's told them to block it so that "not even a fly comes through."
He says a blockade should be maintained around the steelworks, where Ukrainian forces are based.
The Kremlin's Premiere has issued a dictate for his forces not to storm the last remaining Ukrainian Stronghold.

The Azovstal steelworks was said to be hard to storm and the idea ''impractical'', the area is heavily hemmed in to such a degree that a ''fly can't get through''.
Putin described a plan to storm the Azovstal steelworks “impractical” and called instead for Russian troops to blockade the area “so that a fly can’t get through”.
Russian defence minister, Sergei Shoigu, claimed that the port city had been liberated but that fighting was still ongoing.
The fighting is believed to last for another week as the steelworks contains a network of underground tunnels over a 4 square mile area.
