Potatoes make good milk, apparently.
The latest plant-based milk alternative appears to be the potato milk, at least in the UK.
Supermarket chain Waitrose are introducing the drink in 220 stores this week.
They say it could be a big year for potato milk and expect other grocery chains to follow suit.
Swedish-based brand Dug are behind the manufacturing, with milk alternatives now a multi-million euro industry.

Dug suggest potato milk creates 'the perfect foam' for coffee and is 'deliciously creamy' all around.
It's made up of a mixture of potatoes, pea protein and rapeseed oil.
The manufacturer says growing potatoes is more environmentally friendly than harvesting nuts for example.
Apparently it's been praised for its 'neutral flavour' and goes well in most popular dishes.
