Portobello Plaza in Dublin is closes this weekend.
It's after thousands of people gathered there over the past few weekends.
Dublin City Council says anti-social behaviour completely unacceptable.
Adding to that, it says that's having a hugely detrimental effect on both the community and the environment.
Finally, it says it's closed the Plaza after consulting with residents, public reps and Gardaí.
Unfortunately Portobello Plaza is closed this weekend & we appeal to the public not to come here. We are aware of the importance of public spaces but some behaviour at this location in recent weeks has been completely unacceptable. https://t.co/OgTe0dCnX0#Portobello #Dublin pic.twitter.com/hSXZoe5bUd

So that's under City Council bye-laws, and anyone found to be drinking outside will be fined.
