A new online resource to help inform third-level students and staff about sexual consent will launch tomorrow.
It's part of a wider government campaign on consent, and will go live in September at the beginning of the academic year.
There'll be a dedicated website with videos and eLearning material developed by experts, which aims to improve people's understanding and awareness on the issue.
Chief Executive of Dublin Rape Crisis Network, Noeline Blackwell, says it's a step in the right direction.
"A lot of young people come in to an environment in third-level, where they are growing their own knowledge of themselves and other people, including their knowledge around sexual relationships," said Noeline, continuing, "They just don't have the experience, the knowledge and even the language that they need."
The website will contain consent workshops and other forms of eLearning on topics like making a disclosure.
