New York dog owners have taken a stand to a new ruling that was introduced, which has stopped them taking their furry pals on the Subway.
The Metropolitan Transport Authority (MTA) has brought in a rule which states that any animal brought on the Subway has to be put into a bag.
It states 'No person may bring any animal on or into any conveyance or facility unless enclosed in a container and carried in a manner which would not annoy other passengers.'
New York has responded and we're in bits.
