A man is in a critical condition at Beaumont hospital after being hit in the head by a scrambler motorbike in Coolock, on Saturday afternoon.
The 39 year old was seriously injured after the scrambler drove over a hill and landed on his head, while he and a woman were sunbathing at Darndale Park at around 2pm.
A 16 year old boy is helping Gardai with their inquiries and officers are appealing for witnesses.
