The irony!

It's fair to say that almost everyone in Ireland bought EuroMillions tickets last night.

The whopper jackpot had to be won on Tuesday, October 8th as it had hit its maximum capacity of five consecutive unwon draws.

The first time the draw ever reached its five-time cap in its 15 year history.

 Who Won?

The winning numbers in the draw were 7, 10, 15, 44, and 49. The lucky stars were 3 and 12.

One Irish player also took home a cool Plus prize of €500,000.

The Plus ticket was sold in Dublin. The winning numbers were 4, 5, 14, 15, and 16.
