In days following Kylie Jenner's birth announcement, we were all absolutely convinced that the brand new baba was named after a butterfly. All the hints were there to suggest it.
First of all, Kylie and her baby daddy, Travis Scott, have matching butterfly tattoos on their ankles, and during her pregnancy Kylie uploaded a snap of a pink sparkly jewel decorated with butterflies.

Last week, when the new mum released the video documenting her pregnancy, eagle-eyed fans spotted the new baby's nursery, decorated with butterflies, and a bold butterfly necklace around Kylie's neck.
We were convinced the name would be Posie, which is short for Mariposa butterfly in Spanish and also the name of one of Kylie's famous lip kits.

When the 20 - year - old took to the gram to reveal that the baby girl would be called Stormi, fans quickly worked out that Travis released a song last year called The Butterfly Effect, which is also the name of a theory which says that something as small as the flutter of a butterflies wings could cause a storm on the other side of the world.
So damn clever.
However, all true KUWTK fans will remember a particular episode of Life Of Kylie, where the lip-kit mogul visited a butterfly sanctuary, and was absolutely terrified. Here's a reminder...
She said: 'Butterflies are just a part of the secrets of Kylie. It's kind of just ironic because I'm terrified, terrified of butterflies. All butterflies.
"This is how I think of them, cut the wings off and if you just look at their bodies, they're not that pretty. It's literally a bug."
Maybe it's an inside joke.
