Kevin Spacey is due in court again in March after appearing before a judge in the U.S. accused of groping an 18-year-old man.
The House of Cards actor previously said he would be denying the assault, said to have happened in a bar in Massachusetts in 2016.
During today's brief hearing, Spacey was ordered to stay away from his alleged victim while legal proceedings get underway.
While Mr. Spacey does not have to appear on his court day in March in person, the judge said he should be available by phone.
The case is set for a pre-trial hearing on March 4th.
