Kate Moss says she was never attacked by her ex-partner Johnny Depp during their relationship.
The supermodel made a very brief appearance to give evidence at the Pirates of the Carribbean star's libel trial in the US.
Amber Heard had earlier claimed that Depp had pushed Moss down some stairs during their time together.
Ms Moss was asked about the rumours that came up in an earlier hearing.
The starlet said ''he never pushed me, threw me or kicked me down any stair''.
Moss dated the Pirates of the Caribbean star in the 1990s, she appeared in court today via videolink.
She was called by the actor's legal team, who were seen appearing to celebrate when her name was mentioned by Heard during her testimony last week.
The actress had described hearing a rumour that Depp had allegedly pushed the model down a flight of stairs, which was the subject of questioning during the Brits testimony today in court.
