Player sanctioned
An Irish rugby player has been sanctioned by the IRFU following an incident at a bar in Dublin last month.
The IRFU says it has investigated an incident of inappropriate behaviour by a player on May 26th.
The union says the player has expressed his deep regret and has been sanctioned in line with the provisions of his contract.
It also says the player has apologised to the individual involved.
