Irish man killed
An Irish man has been stabbed to death in the South of Spain.
The 53 year old was killed in a pub in the early hours of this morning.
The attack happened shortly before 2am in the holiday resort of Fuengirola in the Costa del Sol.
Local media say it happened in the toilets of an Irish bar.
A man reportedly smashed two beer bottles an repeatedly stabbed the Irish man in the neck.
Spanish Police have arrested a 49 year old British man in connection with the incident.
The Department of Foreign Affairs says it's aware of the case and is providing consular assistance.
The victim and suspect are not believed to have known each other.
