The Scorcher's of Killarney have made history as they are the first Irish cheerleading team to compete in the US.
The team has won the offer to compete at the Summit Cheerleading Championships at the ESPN Sports Complex in Orlando, Florida, in May 2018.
They are calling out for communities to help them fundraise for the trip to the US to compete.
Margaret Dineen, The financial Co-Ordinator says
“We can’t allow finance constraints to stop this talented team from competing at these championships.”
