Instagram is introducing amber alerts about missing or abducted children.
The social media platform says the alerts will have photos, descriptions and locations of where they were last seen.
The feature is being rolled out to 25 countries.

This week, we're bringing AMBER Alerts to Instagram.

Head of Instagram Adam Mosseri says that its part of work the platform are doing to keep kids safe.
The feature has been available on Facebook since 2015, which is also a Meta-owned company.
