Instagram stories has been increasing in popularity lately and is slowly but surely taking over Snapchat.
Now, the social media site has announced new changes that will see it rival Snapchat even more.
Those who update the app from today will now have the option to share their Instagram live videos and clips to their 'stories' section for 24 hours at a time.
Previously live videos disappeared once the Instagram live session ended.
