Unions representing workers at Bus Eireann now say that industrial action at the company is 'an inevitablility'.
It's the latest in the ongoing situation in the company, which is facing huge cost-cutting measures.
The plans, which are due to be implimented in the next 3 weeks, include a reduction in allowances, as well as cuts to overtime rates, Sunday premiums, and sick pay benefits.
The National Bus And Rail Union says the workers will not take the cuts lying down.
