Seven people have died on the roads in crashes since Thursday.
A man in his early 20s has died after a single-vehicle crash in Limerick.
Gardai are still investigating the fatal collision at Carrigmartin in Ballyneety.
The deceased was the only occupant at the time of the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The R152 closed at Carrigmartin as a result to facilitate a technical examination.
Gardai at Roxboro are still appealing for witnesses to this crash.
They're appealing to anyone who was in the area from midnight to 12.30 last night to come forward.
