Forbes Magazine has committed to hosting a '30 under 30' initiative for Limerick.
That's to celebrate the city's entrepreneurs.
Mayor Michael Collins wrote to it's Chief Content Editor after an article published last Friday branded Limerick a 'warzone.'

Best Outcome For Limerick And Forbes - Mayor
The piece was outlining the lives of billionaires John and Patrick Collison.
However the magazine removed it shortly afterwards, as it failed to meet Forbes standards.
The Mayor says he got a response from the magazine's Editor, Randall Lane, yesterday:
"So it's a very positive outcome from what was a negative and disastrous publication last week."
He says he wrote to Mr. Lane on Monday, and got a, "very positive," response yesterday.
"Saying that he'd like to travel to Limerick when the Covid restrictions allow."
Adding to that, Cllr. Collins says, "He's offered to set up an initiative called 30 Under 30, to celebrate Limerick's entrepreneurs."
