FAI to find new CEO as John Delaney steps down
The FAI will begin the recruitment process for a new Chief Executive Officer after an announcement that John Delaney is to step down.
The FAI last night revealed he will now to take on the role of Executive Vice-President of the organisation.
The Board of the FAI also said it has carried out a review of its senior management structure.
Chief Operating Officer, Rea Walsh, is moving to the role of Interim CEO.
The decision comes as controversy continues after it emerged John Delaney provided a 100,000 bridging loan to the FAI in 2017.
