Enda Kenny has announced his resignation as Taoiseach.
He will go to the Aras this afternoon to hand in his notice to President Higgins.
He'll stay on in a caretaker role until tomorrow, where it's expected Leo Varadkar will be voted in to take his place.
He gave a farewell speech in the Dail today, and was wished well in his endevours by opposition leaders Micheal Martin, Gerry Adams and Brendan Howlin among others.
