Is the boom back? Or do Dublin people just love a good beef sandwich?
Both could be true, as a Rathmines restaurant sold out of its €90 wagyu sandwich over the weekend.

The sambo, which is available at Hush restaurant, includes grade A5 wagyu beef from Japan, which is bread-crumbed and fried.
The meat is served with an Asian dressing on white bread.
So.. what makes this sandwich so good?
Jules Mak, owner of Hush, said the cows are fed by hand, are massaged regularly and even wear coats in cold weather.
"They're living in luxury," he said.
While Jules said he feared they'd get a "bit of scrutiny" for selling the pricy sambo, people were "jumping" for it.
They even turned away 10 to 15 people who came with a big appetite and a bigger wallet.

But if it's value you're looking for, don't worry - a typical sandwich at Hush in Rathmines will only set you back a tenner.
