Dublin City Council is opening of 22 of its public buildings on a "toilets only" basis.
It's opening Libraries, sports facilities, and City Hall for the public to use the toilets
The buildings will be open from Monday.
The Council says the initiative will be "reviewed on an ongoing basis".
