Demi Lovato has battled with drug addiction for many years, the news broke this evening that the 25-year-old singer has been rushed to the hospital for a reported drug overdose.
TMZ reports that she was transported to a hospital and is currently being treated. Law enforcement tells TMZ that she appears to have suffered from a heroin overdose.
earlier this year she released a song about her battle with her addiction called 'sober'.
