Health officials have reported 8 more patient deaths with Covid 19.
That brings the total death toll to 4,713.
Meanwhile there are 591 new cases in the country.
288 are in Dublin, 40 in Kildare, 30 in Meath, 28 in Westmeath, 27 in Laois.
While the remaining 178 cases are spread across 19 other counties.

Deputy CMO: Follow Covid 19 Guidelines Over Easter
There are 264 people in hospital with the disease, 62 of those are in the ICU.
18 people have been admitted to hospital in the last 24 hours.
As of March 30th 2021, 840,561 doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in Ireland:
- 603,802 people have received their first dose
- 236,759 people have received their second dose
The Deputy Chief Medical Officer Ronan Glynn is urging people to stick to the guidelines this Bank Holiday Weekend.
