Health officials have reported 11 Covid related deaths and 390 new cases today.
They say 4 of the deaths happened in April, 2 in March, 4 in February and 1 in January.
The total death toll from the pandemic in the Republic now stands at 4,847.
Meanwhile, todays cases are in:
- Dublin, 172
- Kildare, 42
- Meath, 21
- Tipperary, 20
- Donegal 18
- With the rest in 19 other counties.

179 People In Hospital With Covid 19
There are 179 Covid patients in hospitals around the country, 48 of those are in ICU.
18 people have been hospitalised in the last 24 hours.
Meanwhile vaccination teams have administered 855,512 first doses.
Also, 352,947 people have gotten their second dose.
