The Department of Health have reported a further 2,098 cases of Covid-19 in Ireland.
As of this morning there are 251 patients being treated for the virus in hospital - It's a rise of seven on 24 hours ago.
52 people are in intensive care with the virus, which is the highest in four months.
6.5M vaccines now administered here. Just on 84% of adults fully vaccinated & over 90% partially. The vaccines continue to reduce illness, hospitalisation, admittance to ICU & mortality. But please continue to take caution as the virus is still hugely prevalent. @HSELive

Nearly 3.2 million people are fully vaccinated, according the HSE.
