Dublin nightclub Copper Face Jacks is no longer up for sale.
The Irish Times reports the popular venue has been taken off the market.
It was suggested it could fetch up to €40 million earlier this year.
In a memo to staff, owners say due to health reasons improving they have decided to stay actively involved in the business.
The hotel is made up of 34 bedrooms, three beer gardens and seven bars.
The nightclub opened 23 years ago and the last recorded pre-tax profits were €4.1 million in 2017.
