Issues with Bank of Ireland
Bank of Ireland customers are having trouble using their ATM cards this afternoon.
It follows a delay in transactions to some accounts earlier including Social Welfare payments.
We are aware of an issue with payments into Bank of Ireland customer accounts again this morning (similar to yesterday morning), including Social Welfare payments. We will share updates and more information with you as soon as we have it #UPDATE

The bank says it is aware of people experiencing problems using ATMs and debit cards, and also says it is working to resolve the issues.
