The Tánaiste says he would take the AstraZeneca vaccine if he was offered it.
Leo Varadkar has moved to reassure people over the safety of it.
The vaccine is now only being given to people over 60 following some rare blood clots in younger people.
Thousands of AstraZeneca vaccine appointments have been cancelled today as a result.

Tánaiste Says Correct Decision Was Made
Leo Varadkar believes health officials made the right call in limiting the vaccine:
"If they got it wrong they'd have few friends and supporters."
However he says "they'd say they're acting out of an abundance of caution."
"But on balance, I think they got it right."
