Amsterdam is banning tours of its Red Light District from 2020.
The city government made the decision over concerns that sex workers are being treated as a tourist attraction.
The ban comes into effect on New Year's Day next year and includes pub crawls and guided walks.
Locals in the Dutch capital have previously complained about the increase in foot traffic, but businesses are being given a year to wind down their operations in the Red Light District.
The area itself is famous for stage parties that are drawn by easy access to both drugs and prostitution.
Deputy Mayor of Amsterdam Udo Kock said:
“We do not consider it appropriate for tourists to leer at sex workers."
