Mansion House pints
Almost 20,000 pints have been served at Dublin's Mansion House during the current Lord Mayor's term.
The Mayor is usually allocated 120 kegs per term, but Nial Ring has been given 215 so far.
The Irish Independent reports today that an extra 75 kegs were granted last month, and a further 20 have since been confirmed.
Mr. Ring described it as "great news."
Diageo confirmed to the Mansion House that 150 kegs will be provided between July 2019 and June 2020 - an increase of 30 kegs, which is roughly 2,700 pints.
