More than 75% of employers are planing to give their staff a pay rise this year.
Cpl Resources say that companies are worried about keeping employees, with 80% of them saying the market favours employees at the moment.
Better career opportunities, salaries and promotions were the most common reasons cited for why they lost employees.
The Senior Director of CPL Resources says “The employment sector is very vibrant at present,”
“Employees can move with more fluidity than five years ago and employers know they have to incentivise their staff to stay with them”.
